PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit that has a reduced inductance component of the circuit.SOLUTION: A power supply circuit 100 for outputting a single phase alternating current between a first output terminal 14a and a second output terminal 14b includes: a first switch 31 and a second switch 32 arranged in a first region; and a third switch 33 and a fourth switch 34 arranged in a second region that does not overlap the first region. The first switch 31 is connected between an upper power supply and the first output terminal 14a. The second switch 32 is connected between a lower power supply and the second output terminal 14b. The third switch 33 is connected between the upper power supply and the second output terminal 14b. The fourth switch 34 is connected between the lower power supply and the first output terminal 14a. |
