Provided is a device that is for cooling a hybrid electric automobile and that has superior temperature management precision and exerts favorable cooling performance regardless of outside temperature. The device (1) for cooling a hybrid electric automobile is provided with: a first cooling circuit (4) having a first cooler (7) and a first coolant pump (6); a second cooling circuit (5) having a second cooler (9) and a second coolant pump (8); a switching valve (10) provided between the first cooling circuit and the second cooling circuit; an outside temperature detection means (11); and a control means (15). The control means controls the operation of each coolant pump and switches the switching valve in accordance with the outside temperature. |
