PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and efficiently control indoor environment where person and devices are present mixedly, concerning an air conditioning control device and a program.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device for controlling an air conditioner for air-conditioning in a room is configured to include: a recording unit for recording measurement results including an external air temperature, a supply air temperature, a supply air humidity, a return air temperature and a return air humidity in the room; an indoor condition determination unit for determining a first condition that the inside of the room is unmanned, and no device is in operation in the room, a second condition that the room is unmanned and a device is in operation in the room, and a third condition that the inside of the room is manned, on the basis of the measurement results of the external air temperature, the supply air temperature, the supply air humidity, the return air temperature and the return air humidity in the past which are recorded in the recording unit, and the measurement results of the external air temperature, the supply air temperature, the supply air humidity, the return air temperature and the return air humidity in the room at the current time point; and an air-conditioning control unit for controlling the air conditioner according to the indoor condition determined by the indoor condition determination unit. |
