PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pipe unit capable of reducing construction costs, shortening work periods and facilitating maintenance when renewing an existing pipe constituting a fluid piping system with a set construction area unit of a predetermined length, and to provide a renewal construction method of the fluid piping system using the fluid pipe unit.SOLUTION: A fluid pipe unit U1 is provided with: a valve fitting mouth part 11 which is formed on a fluid pipe 10 connectable to a fluid piping system, and can detach a valve device V capable of intercepting a channel in the fluid pipe 10 from a pipe diameter direction; an attachment means R that is disposed on the valve fitting mouth part 11 and is capable of attaching selectively the valve device V and a closure device which closes the valve fitting mouth part 11 in a water-tight state; a fluid lead out mouth part 12 which shunts fluid to the outside of a pipe from a channel part of the upstream side rather than a channel interception position of the valve device V in a channel; and a fluid introduction mouth part which supplies another fluid from the outside of the pipe to a channel part of the downstream side rather than the channel interception position of the valve device V in the channel. |
