The present invention relates to a test socket and, more specifically, to a test socket to electrically connect a terminal and a pad by being arranged between the terminal of a tested device and a testing device. The test socket comprises: a first sheet connector which is formed of a first insulation sheet and a plurality of first conduction units which is arranged on every position corresponding to the terminal of the tested device, shows conductivity in a thickness direction, and is combined to the first insulation sheet; a plurality of conductive elastic units which is arranged on the lower side of the first sheet connector, is extended on every position corresponding to the terminal of the tested terminal in a thickness direction, distributes a plurality of conductive particles inside an insulating elastic material, and is integrally combined to the conduction units at the upper end; and a second sheet connector including a second insulation sheet arranged on the lower side of the conductive elastic units, and a plurality of second insulation sheets which is arranged on every position corresponding to the terminal of the tested device, shows conductivity in a thickness direction, is combined to the second insulation sheets, and is integrally combined to each of the conductive elastic units at the upper end. The position of upper and lower ends of each of the conductive elastic units is supported by the first and second sheet connectors. An empty space is formed between the conductive elastic units to prevent that it is disturbed the conductive elastic units are pressurized in a thickness direction and are expanded in a surface direction. |
