An absorbing device is used by a pressure swing adsorption method when: producing concentrated ethylene by removing acetylene from mixed gas containing ethylene and acetylene; separating ethylene and acetylene; separating acetylene and ethane; or separating ethylene and ethane. Olefin/paraffin and olefin/acetylene are separated in low cost and high efficiency, when using an adsorbent containing Cr (III) metal organic framework having a unsaturated metal site, and ethylene containing acetylene of a number of less than ppm is refined from ethylene having acetylene of less than 1%.
