摘要 The present invention relates to plants having a reduced bitter taste, and a method of making the same. The method comprises: a step of freezing the plants after blanching the plants; and a step of defrosting the frozen plants by immersing the plants in water having a temperature of 0-10°C for 30-50 hours. Accordingly, the intrinsic bitter taste of non-processed plants is removed, and the colors and sensory characteristics are similarly represented to those of the non-processed plants.
