FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to new compounds of formula I or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts possessing the properties of a neuronal nicotinic receptor antagonist. The compounds can find application for treating a disease or condition, which represents irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhoea (IBS-D), overactive bladder (OAB), nicotine addiction, smoking cessation, depression, major depressive disorder, or hypertension mediated by neuronal nicotinic receptor activity.
