The present invention relates to a complex waterproof structure for a building and a construction method for the same and, more specifically, to a complex waterproof structure and a construction method for the same, capable of improving long-term durability of a waterproof layer by protecting the waterproof layer from being damaged and cracked due to thermal contraction and expansion, vibration, and impact transferred from a building as a waterproof member is formed to be separated from a structure to be waterproofed such as a building and is not directly attached to the structure. The complex waterproof structure for a building can be constructed without truncating or removing an existing waterproof structure. The complex waterproof structure for a building includes: an object to be waterproofed (101) including a building structure; a waterproof member (103) located on the upper part of the object to be waterproofed (101); a waterproof coating layer (104) located on the upper part of the waterproof member (103); and a slip resistance layer (105) located on the upper part of the waterproof coating layer (104). |
