<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector which prevents corrosion reaction due to involvement of moisture in a portion where metal wiring is exposed on an array substrate, prevents disconnection due to rubbing of a cut surface of the array substrate and an FPC, and secures high reliability even in a condition where an environmental load is high, such as under high temperature and high humidity, or under dew condensation, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A silicon resin is applied to a gap between an array substrate 12 and an FPC 47 so as to form an insulating moisture-proof coating 53. The silicon resin is simultaneously applied up to an end portion of a flange 15a of a moisture-proof layer 15 formed of a glued AL hat, as well as to the gap between the array substrate 12 and the FPC 47, so as to form an insulating moisture-proof coating 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
