The present invention provides a method for solving thermal problem caused when a lightning device or a display device using a light emitting diode (LED) is manufactured and utilized. Generally, an LED device is developed rapidly as an eco-friendly light emitting device having high energy efficiency, and is getting the spotlight due to merits such as a superior lifetime compared with other illuminants. Whereas, such an LED device has a weakness to a heat and has a problem that a lifespan and a brightness of the device are influenced by a heat generated from the LED itself when activated. To this end, the present invention provides an art to solve thermal problems caused by the heat of the device itself, in which a carbon paper having a super thermal conductive property is inserted on the surface of a substrate or inside a substrate on which the LED device is adapted to be mounted, thus easily releasing the heat to the outside. According to the present invention, in an aspect of an LED lighting or an LED display manufacture, the fall of a lifetime and a brightness due to the self-generated heat of the LED device is remarkably reduced when the heat generated from the device itself is easily released to the outside, and such an effect of heat reduction leads to reduction of a power consumption, thereby saving an energy waste. |
