The present invention relates to a continuous fiber reinforced seat back frame with easy interfacial bonding. In the seat back frame for a vehicle including a frame main body, a channel formed along a circumference of the frame main body, and a number of ribs protruding from one side of the frame main body, a reinforcing part is locally integrated with a strength weak part of the frame main body to form one body, and the reinforcing part is made in a prepreg shape under the state that a continuous fiber is impregnated with a thermoplastic resin. A number of prepregs are formed in a stacked type. Under the state that the stacked sheet is inserted into an injection mold, a synthesis resin selected among PP, PA and PE is extruded and is over-molded. According to the present invention, provided is the continuous fiber reinforced seat back frame which can secure improved tensile strength as being compared to the prior seat back by mixing the continuous fiber and the thermoplastic resin into the prepreg shape and then stacking the same, and thus has excellent interfacial bonding force as having a simple structure. |
