The present invention relates to an insulation and airtightness structure of a wall and a construction method thereof. The present invention comprises: a wall formed by at least one of concrete and bricks; a first adhesive layer; a plurality of heat insulators; a first airtightness sealing tape; a second adhesive layer; a plurality of interior materials; a second airtightness sealing tape; and a plurality of fixing pins. Therefore, a reinforcing material is not used to reduce a construction cost and further, to shorten a construction period.
