Provided are a method and a device for setting depths of 3D images through the following steps of: measuring first pupillary distances to each of a plurality of 3D images having different depths; controlling a location of an object on a straight line, which connects a display device, on which the 3D images are displayed, to a user and measuring a second pupillary distance with regard to the object per a location of the object; and setting depths of the 3D images in correspondence to the first pupillary distances based on the location of the object in correspondence to the second pupillary distance.
