PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for partially repairing heat-shield coating by which repaired coat having high anti-peeling properties is formed.SOLUTION: The method for partially repairing heat-shield coating includes: a repaired-film-forming process by which a corrected coating film 9 is formed by spraying thermal spray material consisting mainly of zirconia to a damaged part of a ceramics layer 3 of a member where a metal-binding layer 2 and the ceramic layer 3 consisting mainly of zirconia and not passing through a process for forming longitudinal cracks are sequentially formed on a heat-resistant alloy substrate 1; and a longitudinal-crack forming process by which the surface of the ceramic layer 3 capable of becoming a path for laser beam around the corrected coating film 9 is coated with reflection material having laser reflective ability, and then the laser beam is applied to the surface of the corrected coating film 9 under a prescribed condition to form longitudinal cracks 11 on the corrected coating film 9. |
