The present invention relates to a keyboard for inputting a Chinese character and a number by using a touch screen of a terminal and an input method thereof. The keyboard comprises: a main input unit (10) formed by arranging a basic stroke group of a Chinese character and a number on an internal key (14) and an external key (16) around a central key (12) for an input command; and a selection unit (20) formed by arranging a radical unit (23) configured to output a radical on one side in correspondence to a number unit (21) configured to display a serial number and arranging a character unit (25) configured to output a character on the other side. Therefore, the keyboard can conveniently and rapidly input Chinese characters at a speed in correspondence to an input speed of a qwerty keyboard even though the keyboard has a small number of keys. |
