PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce both of a radial force and an axial pulling force that can be generated in concrete when a tension force is released in a case where axial bars are used as tension members for introduction of prestress, in a pretensioning type prestressed concrete member that is completed by casting concrete with the tension force applied beforehand to the axial bars disposed along a material axial direction.SOLUTION: A partial section of an axial bar 2 nearer to an end face of a concrete member 1 is not adhered to concrete. Reinforcement materials 4 that radially reinforce the concrete 3 around the axial bar 2 are arranged in a section nearer to an axial central part of the concrete member 1 from at least a section in which the adhesion to the concrete 3 is ended. In the section nearer to the axial central part of the concrete member 1 from at least the section in which the adhesion to the concrete 3 is ended, an axial member 5 axially dispersing and transmitting an adhesive force from the axial bar 2 to which a tension force has been applied to the concrete 3 is disposed along the axial bars 2. |
