<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma torch which facilitates its cleaning and maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: The plasma torch includes: a nozzle 20 formed at a positive electrode; a voltage rod 10 formed at a negative electrode; an arc generation part generating an electrical arc between the two electrodes; reactant gas supply means supplying a reactant gas to the arc generation part; cooling medium supply means for cooling from a high temperature state due to plasma generation; and clean air supply means to remove foreign bodies adhered to the voltage rod 10 of the arc generation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
