PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce load on both sides of providing information for version up and of receiving the provision, and to surely and quickly download the information for version up.SOLUTION: When a new update file exists, an update server 1 forms notification information for making a provision source notification unit 106 function so as to make a notification of a provision source of the update file and provides the information to a predetermined public telephone through a line I/F 105. When receiving a completion notification of download through the line I/F 105, the update server 1 makes a download management unit function so as to manage the public telephone which is a transmission source of the completion notification as a provision source of the update file. |
