Disclosed are an acid modified propylene aqueous dispersion (I) having superior film forming properties in low-temperature dry conditions and superior solvent resistance in addition to superior adhesiveness for molded articles of polyolefin without containing an organic solvent and polymer containing chlorine atoms, a water-based coating composition (M) containing that acid modified propylene aqueous dispersion (I), and a method for producing an acid modified propylene aqueous dispersion (I2) and a water-based coating composition (L) containing that acid modified propylene aqueous dispersion (I2). A first embodiment is characterized by the acid modified propylene aqueous dispersion (I) containing an acid modified polymer material (G), anionic surface active agent (C), basic substance (D) and water (E1), by being an aqueous dispersion not containing an organic solvent and polymer containing chlorine atoms and by the acid modified polymer material (G) containing a first acid modified propylene polymer (A). |
