The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for analyzing an industrial structure per product by using natural language processing in order to support a user to find a technological opportunity. Specifically, a product keyword is extracted from a technical document, and a trademark, a random product corresponding to a trademark, and trademark database storing a description of the product are utilized to classify a product with a trademark to extract a product keyword thereof in order to apply natural language processing to the extracted product keywords to figure out an association among each of the product keywords.
