PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porphyrin peptoid complex comprising a scaffolding material to construct an accurately defined cofacial, slipped-cofacial, and non-structuring sequence porphyrin.SOLUTION: Porphyrin peptoid complexes (PPCs) in which the distance, orientation, and number are controlled are synthesized effectively. The cofacial, slipped-cofacial, and non-structuring sequence porphyrin provide a clear visual and electronic character characterized by UV-vis and circular dichroism spectroscopy. The spiral direction of a peptoid is confirmed by ECCD spectrum. |
