<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent from giving misunderstanding and discomfort to a player due to unconformity between a prescribed control executed by a game controller and a performance control executed by a performance device controller. <P>SOLUTION: A performance mode determination means 310 extracts, from a performance lottery table 310, a single performance control command and a performance ID corresponding to a main control command that has been received from a game controller 100, updates them, and stores them in a pre-transmission command storage means 320. A command determination means 320 determines, on the basis of the performance ID stored in the pre-transmission command storage means 320, whether the performance control command stored in the pre-transmission command storage means 320 is a proper command corresponding to the main control command.
