PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that a component mistakenly mounted to a suction nozzle is taken out as it sticks to the nozzle after component mounting operation by an image recognition technology.SOLUTION: A lighting system 13 is disposed so as to radiate illumination light to the tip face of a suction nozzle 11 from an oblique lower part, and a camera 14 for photographing the tip face of the suction nozzle 11 is disposed so as to photograph the tip face of the suction nozzle 11 from a direction in which illumination light of the lighting system 13 regularly reflects at the tip face of the suction nozzle 11. After mounting operation, whether or not the suction nozzle 11 can be recognized in an image photographed by the camera 14 in the middle of a route for the suction nozzle 11 to move to a component sucking position, and if the suction nozzle 11 cannot be recognized, it is determined that the component mistakenly mounted to the suction nozzle 11 is taken out as it sticks to the nozzle. |
