The present invention relates to a system and a method for searching for missing family with facial information and a storage medium storing a program implementing the same, the system capable of searching for the missing family by constructing a candidate subject person database with the facial information and generating virtual data, which is to be compared with a candidate group, with an input image. The system comprises: a user terminal inputting an image of a missing person and a family of the missing person; a missing family search server receiving facial images received from the user terminal, extracting, from the facial image, a facial area capable of being verified and digitized, constructing the candidate subject person database by storing information about subject persons of the corresponding image, and screening the facial images estimating as family relation based on a facial coefficient by digitizing the facial images within the candidate group; and the candidate subject person database storing the images and the information for the subject person of the corresponding image, which are made in the missing family search server.
