The present invention relates to a method of producing an ocean-water salted pollack roe using deep ocean water, and the ocean-water salted pollack roe produced by the same. According to a first aspect of the present invention, provided is the method of producing the ocean-water salted pollack roe comprising: a first step of storing washed pollack roe in deep ocean water and aging the pollack roe; and a second step of adding a small amount of salt to the ocean-water salted pollack roe, which is obtained from deep ocean water, such that a final produced ocean-water salted pollack roe has a salinity of 3 w%. Furthermore, in accordance with the second aspect of the present invention, the ocean-water salted pollack roe produced through the method of producing the ocean-water salted pollack roe using the deep ocean water contains 90 wt% of pollack roe, 1 wt% of sugar, 0.5 wt% of L-sodium glutamate, 3.5 wt% of concentrate deep ocean water, which is contained in the final ocean-water salted pollack roe obtained through the storing and aging step, 3 wt% of the salt obtained from the deep ocean water to adjust the salinity of the pollack roe to a low salinity, and 2 wt% of clear rice wine. Accordingly, since the deep ocean water is used, a preservative is not required even in low salinity, a less bitter taste is represented when comparing with that of a typical salt, and a sweet taste is represented such that everybody is able to enjoy the ocean-water salted pollack, and a sufficient quantity of mineral components is able to be provided. |
