The present invention relates to a capacitive desalination electrode cell having an ion exchange resin and a structure where a fluid channel is patterned. The present invention can be used in salt range with high concentration and can maximize desalination efficiency due to salt removing efficiency and excellent resistance reducing properties. In addition, the capacitive desalination electrode cell comprises: a first ion exchange membrane laminated on an upper portion of a first electrode; a complex spacer laminated on an upper portion of the first ion exchange membrane ; a second ion exchange membrane laminated on an upper portion of the complex spacer; and a second electrode laminated on an upper portion of the second ion exchange membrane.
