The present invention relates to a touch panel and a mobile phone applying the same and, more specifically, to a touch panel comprising: a cover substrate including effective and non-effective areas; an imprinting unit arranged in the non-effective area of the cover substrate; and a speaker hole arranged in the non-effective area of the cover substrate, and to a mobile phone applying the same. The speaker hole and the imprinting unit overlap with each other on the touch panel. The purpose of the present invention is to minimize the size of a bezel of the mobile phone. |
