A composition, which composition comprises: 1) a C1-C22 carboxylic acid; 2) a C1-C22 percarboxylic acid; 3) hydrogen peroxide; 4) a first stabilizing agent, which is a picolinic acid or a compound having the following Formula (IA): wherein R1 is OH;R2 is OH;each R3 is independently (C1-C6)alkyl, (C2-C6)alkenyl or (C2-C6)alkynyl; andn is a number from zero to 3;or a salt thereof, and wherein said first stabilizing agent has a concentration of at least about 0.005 wt-%; or a compound having the following Formula (IB): wherein R1 is OH;R2 is OH;each R3 is independently (C1-C6)alkyl, (C2-C6)alkenyl or (C2-C6)alkynyl; andn is a number from zero to 3;or a salt thereof; 5) a second stabilizing agent, which is a compound having the following Formula (IIA): wherein R1, R2, R3, and R4 are independently hydrogen;R5 is (C1-C6)alkyl, (C2-C6)alkenyl or (C2-C6)alkynyl; andR6 is hydrogen, (C1-C6)alkyl, (C2-C6)alkenyl or (C2-C6)alkynyl;or a salt thereof, and wherein said second stabilizing agent has a concentration of at least about 0.1 wt-%; and wherein said C1-C22 percarboxylic acid has a concentration of about 10 wt-% to about 30 wt-%, said hydrogen peroxide has a concentration of at least about 0.1 wt-%, said C1-C22 percarboxylic acid has a concentration of at least about 3 times of the concentration of said hydrogen peroxide, and said composition has a pH at about 4 or less, and said composition retains at least about 80% of the C1-C22 percarboxylic acid activity after storage of about 30 days at about 50° C.
