PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheese spread food product excellent in adequacy for spread and in hygiene while having a strong feel of mature flavor peculiar to hard natural cheese and/or semi-hard natural cheese.SOLUTION: A cheese-containing sauce with fluidity at a temperature of 20°C or lower, containing hard and/or semi-hard natural cheese with high maturity, is fed/supplied so that the cheese-containing sauce is 15-60 wt.% relative to the final cheese spread food product while feeding solid edible oil and fat, and the solid edible oil and fat is continuously mixed with the cheese-containing sauce to obtain a water-in-oil emulsion. |
