<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical element which stabilizes the quality for a long term by preventing the deterioration of the charging efficiency of the electrochemical element. <P>SOLUTION: In order to prevent the deterioration of the charging efficiency of an electrochemical element, a cover layer 1121 using chromium and a cover layer 1122 using chromium are formed on a metal ring 109 that is a part of components of the electrochemical element, a joining material 1081 located on the metal ring, and at least a portion on a joining material 1082 of a sealing plate which is located at the inner side of a container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
