PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solitary household watch system having high maintainability.SOLUTION: A power value calculation device includes a data adjustment part that transmits a power value calculated based on a current value measured by a current sensor installed on a distribution board, to a communication part of a determination device. The determination device includes: a data accumulation part for creating a first vector representing power consumption for 24 hours; a database part for accumulating first vectors for a prescribed number of days; a principal component analysis part that extracts a second vector corresponding to a maximum eigenvalue obtained by executing a principal component analysis of the first vectors for the prescribed number of days; and a determination part that determines to be normal when a component corresponding to a determination object day in components of the second vector is larger than a separately prescribed threshold, and determines to be abnormal when the component is less than the separately prescribed threshold. |
