PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a telephone system which allows for call connection preferentially by charge addition.SOLUTION: In a telephone system, when a calling signal to which a special number is added is received from a calling terminal, a call control server 3 adds a priority of call connection related to the calling signal depending on the special number, assigns an available bandwidth between a telephone exchange 1 accommodating the calling terminal and a telephone exchange 2 accommodating the called terminal depending on the priority added by the call control server 3, and a billing server 4 bills depending on the priority added by the call control server 3. |
