Disclosed is an injection material which is for repairing cracks in concrete and which has excellent waterstopping effect and durability, and achieves high permeability, even for micro fine concrete cracks of 100µm or less. Further disclosed are a method for manufacturing the material and an injection method using the material. The disclosed injection material for repairing cracks in concrete is formed from a material (A) comprising water, a dispersion agent, and particulate silica having an average particle diameter of 1.0 µm or less, and a material (B) comprising water, a dispersion agent, and a calcium compound having an average particle diameter of 1.0µm or less. Therein, the calcium compound is calcium hydroxide; the particulate silica and/or the calcium compound is formed using one or more from among a grinder using high-pressure water, a high-speed mixer, and a medium-agitating mill; and the injection material contains a polymer dispersion, and a hardening-time regulator. Further disclosed are a method for manufacturing the material and an injection method using the material. |
