A sensor terminal (TR) is attached to each staff member in an organization, in order to detect physical interaction between staff members in the organization, said staff members being staff members affiliated with the organization. The sensor terminal (TR) comprises: an interaction determination unit (TRID) that determines whether or not there has been physical interaction between staff members in the organization on the basis of results of communication with another sensor terminal (TR); an audio detection unit (TRMI) that detects audio and generates audio data; a speech determination unit (TRSD) that analyses the audio data and determines whether or not there is speech; and an action determination unit (TRAD) that determines which action has occurred, among interaction with a staff member from the organization, interaction with a staff member to whom a sensor terminal (TR) is not attached, and no interaction, on the basis of the determination results of the interaction determination unit (TRID) and the determination results of the speech determination unit (TRSD). |
