Disclosed is a polishing device for a metal surface, capable of reducing frictional heat generated when a specimen is polished. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the polishing device for a metal surface includes: a table which can be rotated; a polishing material installed on the upper surface of the table; a carrier fixing the specimen to rub the specimen with the rotating polishing material; and a cooling unit reducing the frictional heat by being inserted into the carrier. |
