摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection sensitivity without depending on the improvement of a Q value in a photonic crystal by a silicon which can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A plurality of second grating elements 131 is different from a plurality of first grating elements 121 in at least one of the frequency and the diameter, and the optical energy of a target wavelength is available inside the photonic band gap of a photonic crystal decided by a period of the plurality of first grating elements and a diameter of the first grating element, and the optical energy of the target wavelength is available outside of the photonic band gap of the photonic crystal decided by a period of the plurality of second grating elements and the diameter of the second grating element, and the period of the plurality of second grating elements and the diameter of the second grating element are set so that the optical energy is available inside the band (air band) of the energy larger than the upper end of the photonic band gap by the second grating element.
