PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical rubber plug having both high oil resistance and excellent moisture permeability resistance, and having a small elution volume applicable to an eluate examination defined by Japanese pharmacopeia, and a manufacturing method for effectively manufacturing the same at a low cost.SOLUTION: A medical rubber plug 1 is obtained by forming an area 6 at a lower surface 3 side of a disk-like flange part 2, and a leg 4 from nitrile-based rubber, forming an area 8 at a top surface 7 side of the flange part 2 from butyl-based rubber, and laminating the leg 4 with a coating layer 13 comprising a fluorine-based resin film. A manufacturing method includes a step of making a raw plug including the leg part 4 and the coating layer 13 by vulcanization molding a nitrile-based rubber sheet and a fluorine-based resin film followed by punching, and vulcanization molding the raw plug together with a nitrile-based rubber sheet and a butyl-based rubber sheet so as to form the flange part 2 comprising the areas 6 and 8 and vulcanize and adhere to the leg part 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
