PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both improvement of low-temperature fixability of toner particles and improvement of scratch resistance of images, and improve adhesive strength of the toner particles on high-quality paper.SOLUTION: A liquid developer includes an insulating liquid and toner particles dispersed in the insulating liquid. The toner particles have a resin and colorant. The resin includes an aliphatic polyester resin in an amount of 10 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less and an aromatic polyester resin in an amount of 60 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less. The acid value of the resin is 20 mgKOH/g or more and 100 mgKOH/g or less. The difference between the acid value of the aliphatic polyester resin and the acid value of the aromatic polyester resin is 0 mgKOH/g or more and 10 mgKOH/g or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
