PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a stator by which a processing space in molding a plurality of coils with the same lead wire is made compact and subsequent array work for arraying coils of a required phase number of coil units in a motor arrangement order in such a manner that crossover tracks do not cross each other is made easy and efficient, and a device therefor.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes an array step, a disposing step and an arrangement step. In a coil unit 20 for each phase, a plurality of coils 21 molded by one lead wire and crossover tracks 22 are arrayed successively. In the array step, an array coil group is formed by extracting and arraying the coils from the coil unit on the basis of an array order. In the disposing step, a coil unit from which a coil is extracted is disposed relatively to the other coil unit in such a manner that a crossover track between the array coil group and the coil to be extracted is disposed at the same side as a crossover track between the array coil group and another coil unit. In the arrangement step, the stator is manufactured by arranging the array coil group in which all the coils of the coil units are arrayed on the basis of the array order, while maintaining the array order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
