PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless power supply device that can suppress reduction of a coupling coefficient irrespective of the magnitude of positional displacement.SOLUTION: Confronting portions 102 of a primary-side core 10 are configured to protrude outwards from sites (leg portions 100) other than the confronting portions 102 in a direction along which the positional displacement between the primary-side core 10 and a secondary-side core 20 is liable to occur. The confronting portions 102 of the primary-side core 10 are configured so as not to protrude outwards from the sites (leg portions 100) other than the confronting portions 102 in a direction along which the positional displacement is difficult to occur. As compared with a configuration that the confronting portions 102 of the primary-side core 10 also protrude in a direction other than the direction along which the positional displacement is liable to occur, a contactless power supply device of this embodiment can suppress reduction of the coupling coefficient irrespective of the magnitude of the positional displacement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
