PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has sharp meltability capable of achieving both low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storage property of the toner at a high level, and does not impair heat-resistant storage property and mechanical durability of the toner in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: There is provided a toner containing at least a binder resin, where the binder resin contains a copolymer resin having a structural unit derived from a crystalline polyester resin and a structural unit derived from an amorphous resin; the toner takes a configuration in which a first phase difference image observed with a tapping mode AFM is dispersed in a second phase difference image; the dispersion diameter of the first phase difference image is 50 nm or more; the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the toner obtained through measurement with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) is 40°C or more and 60°C or less; the quantity of heat (Q1) of an endothermic peak second from a high temperature side is 8 J/g to 20 J/g, which is obtained from a DSC curve at a first temperature rise in the DSC measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
