PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent paper high in transparency, excellent in dimensional stability to temperature change and hardly generating unevenness even humidity changes.SOLUTION: The transparent paper is a transparent paper having total light transmittance of 80% or more and haze degree of 60% or less and contains pulp having following irregular freeness of 100 to 600 ml and an aqueous resin consisting of at least one of a water soluble resin and a water dispersible resin, and the aqueous resin is a resin having B type viscosity of an aqueous resin-containing liquid manufactured with aqueous resin concentration of 10 mass% of 35 mPa s or less and the percentage content of the aqueous resin is 0.1 to 50 mass%. The irregular freeness: freeness measured by changing pulp collection amount from 3 g to 0.3 g and changing a JIS specification screen plate to a 80 mesh wire in a Canada standard freeness degree method defined in JIS P8121.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
