PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound absorber which can be easily produced and can achieve desired sound absorption efficiency, according to a direction of a sound source.SOLUTION: A sound absorber 100 comprises a panel member 101 and a sheet member 103. An inner space 101b in which a plate-state salient member 103c of the sheet member 103 is disposed, in an inner space 101b of the panel member 101, has a resonance space 105 which is divided by a closing member 103a of the sheet member 103 and the plate-state salient member 103c. The resonance space 105 is connected to outside via a hole 103d formed on the plate-state salient member 103c. Therefore, the resonance space 105 has a Helmholtz type sound absorption structure. Sound enters obliquely to the hole 103d of the plate-state salient member 103c, via an opening part 103b. Namely, sound entering obliquely to the closing member 103a of the sheet member 103 disposed on a sound source side, can be absorbed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
