PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture system including a medium container for supplying a medium, two culture vessels used for cell cultivation to which the medium is supplied, and a transfer tube for connecting the culture vessels, capable of sending liquid by using only one pump.SOLUTION: In a cell culture system, a medium container, a second culture vessel, and a first culture vessel are connected to a transfer tube in this order, and only one pump is attached to the transfer tube. The second culture vessel is connected to the transfer tube on both sides of the pump at the transfer tube by a culture vessel connection tube which connects the second culture vessel and the transfer tube; a cell is injected in the first culture vessel; a medium is transferred from the medium container to the first culture vessel by the pump; after cell cultivation in the first culture vessel, a cell suspension is transferred from the first vessel to the second culture vessel; and the medium is transferred from the medium container to the second culture vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
