PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TIG welding apparatus capable of quickening welding speed while keeping low cost and without degrading a welding quality.SOLUTION: A TIG welding apparatus includes: a TIG welding torch equipped with a contracting nozzle and supported so that an arc length becomes 0.5 to 1.0 mm; three control motors for controlling a position of the TIG welding torch in three-axis orthogonal directions, which are a welding line direction, a welding width direction and a vertical direction orthogonal to the above two directions, respectively, through a ball screw mechanism; positioning parameter input means for inputting parameters for positioning the control motors in the three-axis orthogonal directions; and vibration parameter input means for inputting vibration parameters that finely vibrate the TIG welding torch in at least one direction among the three-axis orthogonal directions within a vibration amplitude of 0.01 to 0.25 mm and a vibration frequency of 1 to 10 Hz, by reciprocally rotating at least one of the control motors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
