PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low-cost rope type elevator device capable of quickly and surely eliminating an imbalance of tension among a plurality of main ropes.SOLUTION: An elevator device 1A is provided with a plurality of main ropes 8a-8d for transmitting driving force of a hoist 9 to lifting bodies 4 and 5, a tension adjuster 7A for automatically eliminating an imbalance of tension generated among the plurality of these main ropes, and a support beam 6 for installing the tension adjuster 7A. The tension adjuster 7A comprises a main balance member 21 rotatably connected to the support beam 6 via a connection pin 24, and secondary balance members 22 and 23 rotatably connected to either end of the main balance member 21 via connection pins 25 and 26, and the main ropes 8a-8d are dispersively linked to either end of the respective secondary balance members 22 and 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
