PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat of which storage operation performance and return operation performance are improved without increasing the number of components.SOLUTION: A vehicle seat S is can be changed between an usage state and a storage state in which a seat back is folded and a seat body is moved to a position lower than a vehicle body floor. The vehicle seat is equipped with a cover member 50 of which one end side is connected to a back face of the seat back 1 and the other end side covers a clearance generated between the seat back 1 and the vehicle body floor. The cover member 50 is provided with a holding part 55 which is held by a crewman when the seat body is moved between the usage state and the storage state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
