PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor, medical image processing method, medical image analysis system and program which generate an image for appropriately diagnosing an internal state of a vertebral body.SOLUTION: An image reconfiguration part 12 reconfigures a gray image (a first CT image) of a two-dimensional cross-section including a vertebral body obtained by representing CT values with a gray scale on the basis of three-dimensional internal image data of an area including a backbone obtained by computer tomography. A range setting part 13 sets the range of CT values for performing color mapping of the gray image on the basis of the area of a cancellous bone of the vertebral body and the area of a cortical bone of the vertebral body in the reconfigured gray CT image. A color image generation part 14 converts the gray image into a color image obtained by representing the CT values with colors on the basis of the range of CT values set by the range setting part 13. A fusion image generation part 15 overlaps the gray image and the color image to generate a fusion image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
