PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide profitable information about speech to both a user who contracts IP telephone and a user who does not contract IP telephone.SOLUTION: A system includes a mobile phone 10 and an information analysis server 14. The mobile phone 10 detects speech start and speech end and collects speech information at the time of the speech, a specific file being stored in a specific server connected to an internet 16 is downloaded and uploaded and uplink and downlink throughputs are measured and transmitted to the information analysis server 14. The information analysis server 14 receives and stores speech information and uplink and downlink throughput information and on the basis of the information, in the case where the uplink and downlink throughputs satisfy a reference value, IP telephone recommendation information is created and provided to the mobile phone 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
